When trying to run altq on these cards, it outputs an error, driver does not support altq. I have confirmed dummynet working on our side using the new kernel, but we still have to glue all the bits and pieces together and put a new shiny gui on We try to avoid fixing things that weren't broken in the first place. my review here The traffic shaper using dummynet will be implemented, but it seemed we didn't had an issue for that one.

Owner AdSchellevis commented Apr 28, 2015 It's (almost) on the top of my list, but before 15.7 (July) it will certainly be there. Just a single WAN and LAN that I'm trying to enable traffic shaper on. saeed, Jan 31, 2013 #1 saeed New Member Messages: 9 Thanks Received: 0 Anyone know any information on this? Adds ~128k to driver.

Please login or register. However we will reimplement the traffic shaper with dummynet, which will probably be there in 15.7. Now, I have some knowledge about Linux development, but absolutely none with FreeBSD. My FreeBSD box requires this function to enable and do QoS things such as limiting network bandwidth per customers based on their IP address or limiting the network bandwidth based on protocols.
